wanted to make me pay the breakfast for kids whereas i had made the reservation on booking including the
location and the pool area was great to relax at after a day exploring the town
everything was great. the wifi was a little slow, but that was true in most of taxco.
didn't use the pool but it looked nice
mine was by the pool that used every day

in the second room (203), my kids tried to shower the first night, but there was no hot water
otherwise i loved it, as did my kids
you can catch a combi or a tax but i would not recommend walking, especially if you have little kids
pet friendly our room with balcony had an amazing view
of photo ops plus a tour of them lines plus great location will definitely be back to dive in the pool once

noisy family in room above, with kids running back and forth late at night and moving chairs across the tile
are a lot of kids screaming around and the balconies are very close to the garden and people walking there could
1 night on saturday, they have special dance and fireworks show every saturday, this was amazing, kids loved it

the water in the swimming pool was not clean. the pool was free to use though
pet friendly hotel without extra charge like most of the hotels in mexico
the same is applicable to the parking lot, too small
the service and the water park messy

we booked a deluxe room and they put us in a basic room. breakfast was served late

- reception area and restaurant was superb refurbished, but taking a walk around the hotel - kids club was empty
and the hotel is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults alike
and that the tiles in the bottom of the children's pool were loose
like something left from the 90's, the play area was extremely noisy - the pirate ship at the pool was imo
