we had two rooms which were adjoining which was a big positive for a family of four kids
i really wanted to use these facilities for my kids so they can get a bit tired before our long flight to asia
now offer kids channels in their tv programming, something that i formerly complained about when staying
the room next door had kids making a lot of noise until past mid night

pool was on the roof in the second floor kids enjoyed it

t find it, the supervisor dressed very unprofessionally came and ordered me to take one of my kids off it
i didn't get in the pool, but my kids seemed to enjoy it
we also made reservations for a shuttle to the cruise port for 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids, all 4 and under
broken so you were left with bread only, eggs, bacon/sausage, cereals, no waffles also for the kids

quiet-no kids running around
came to take us from the airport despite my several calls and explanations that i am with little kids
was about to get over with that issue, next one pops up, ac wont work and at 2am in the midnight kids are running
in room would not be a bad idea for customers who probably need to keep medications or kids stuffs refrigerated

the breakfast style. we would have preferred buffet breakfast because of the kids

holder was broken, coffee pot broken so they charged us for coffee downstairs- elevator filthy- kids at check
parking is limited so when coming in late you have to utilize free on the street parking
the location, very kind staff, lobby was decorated with the most beautiful orchids, nice pool
the pool closed after midnight

there was 4 of us booked but i had to pay for my kids who is part of the four
issues with stand by flights we booked very last minute a double queen bed for 2 adults and 2 kids
and a bathtub not a shower which is amazing if you have kids with you

the maid's light, there has some kids light and there was a gun involved
can hear outside, a lot of kids making noises and partying because it s friday
the room was also noisy--apparently a family with several kids staying nearby--perhaps on long term basis
the airport shuttle was good, the personal was really nice and completely helpful.

my roommate said there were kids running and screaming in the hall late at night but i was so tired i didn
