the kids enjoyed the waffle maker

moved to the first floor and the room was clean but they had kids playing in the hall and making loud noise

would have rated higher but wifi was not working and staff attitude was,

the morning breakfast was better than i expected with different selections each morning

clean room, free parking, easy walk to most springfield sites. staff is super helpful.

we knew the set-up of how the bistro was included in our rate before the dad and kids went out for an early

pool area was nice but there was a lot of chlorine in the pool

they had a mini bar area that you could order food from and pay extra for

bar and restaurant, jacuzzi) but of course this was not due to any fault of the hotel but was due

was not the hotels fault but in the pool area kids were allowed to run amuck and were a danger to other patrons

i started with my 3 kids and it was perfect for them

we skipped dinners because we were there visiting our children and grand kids
