kids loved pool

very comfortable bed. loved fresh baked cookies given to the kids

major inconviencence with 3 small kids

there were never towels at the pool. no refrigerator in a king room.

the water pressure in our room was terrible. there was no housekeeping or room service.

moved to the first floor and the room was clean but they had kids playing in the hall and making loud noise

the kids enjoyed the waffle maker

wifi was not working for me

parking spaces way too small, even smaller vehicles took up the entire space.

i like that there was a laundry area and vending machines available. the staff were pleasant.

my kids could only swim for a hour because they made you reserve the pool area but only an hour

they lost my reservation and i came from out of town with my kids.

the pool was so dirty that i would not take my son swimming in it

the pool is a bit chilly but the kids don t care.

was not the hotels fault but in the pool area kids were allowed to run amuck and were a danger to other patrons

we skipped dinners because we were there visiting our children and grand kids

they had a mini bar area that you could order food from and pay extra for

music at night in the parking lot that could be heard through our closed windows from the bar next door

were just below a large family with kids, and right next to the fitness center
