the atmosphere, the lodges, the dining and the pool area are amazing
we had a fireplace in the bedroom that was incredibly romantic and cute
clean and cold pool in the middle of the dessert was so refreshing, you need to try the fresh juice by the pool

it was great that we could get electric kettle for warming up water for our kids bottle and coffee in the
place, my kids were delighted
a beautiful well maintained property pool area at sunset is the place to be lunch on the pool deck was amazing
considering we went in december the pool water was rather cold, hence couldn't enjoy it to the fullest

(pool #2 was disgusting to let ones kids dip into as the water was unclear, oily and and small debris floating
have more food options for kids but otherwise it was amazing
resort with an amazing view from the pool
the pool was also great to relax
we had a lovely time with a refreshing pool in the midst of the agafay desert, just stunning

stayed there for the new year with my wife and kids
also the hotel is very family friendly so be prepared for a lot of kids
nestled within its grounds are two expansive swimming pools, complemented by a refreshing kids' pool, all
owever, the wifi never seemed to work and thee was very loud music playing at the pool day all day until 11

- lunch at the pool is good and prices are fair - swimming pool is cozy and hamza takes care of everything
without cost, very helpful staff and friendly since the security, to reception, restaurant and spa very happy
gym was a bit poor, just 3 machines
also room service food was cold and i got the wrong wine

kids club s staffs are so friendly and helpful. the room is quite big and comfortable.
additionally, the staff encouraged all the kids to play water polo together
large property, large pool, good breakfast, gym/tennis courts/table tennis available, space for kids to play,
the kids club was a real highlight for our family, offering fun and well-organized activities for the
early in the morning, 7am, and with two little kids under two this was not the best way to end our stay
