the wifi was weak in my room as it was in the back of the hotel.

i traveled here with my husband and 2 small kids in february
wifi spotty in room but can sit on a couch right outside room and works well
very important extremely limited parking at patzcuado

kids couldn't sleep
had to leave the car in a designated parking area on the street at a nearby hotel and were upset to find that
there was something wrong with the wifi and the signal of mobile phone was weak
internet; no elevator to the room on a third floor, no parking nearby

we had breakfast in the hotel on a couple of mornings and the food was very good
was a bit cold at night i wish breakfast was included / they had a la carte service, buffet is
very clean and such a beautiful hotel!! so close to el centro. wifi worked wonderful!

)their off street parking area which is behind a locked gate is just before you get to reception
need to improve their wifi system and breakfast onsite would be nice since there are no restaurants on that
parking, same room as last stay, decor.

booking.com did not explain correctly that breakfast other than continental came with a supply
the hotel included a wonderful continental breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, yogurt, artisan breads, fresh
it only has one bar and was constantly going out
the continental breakfast is not the typical continental breakfast

they left their doors open, the kids screaming and playing in the hallways, the adults shouting to each other
are not comfortable and in swimming pool area there was not bar and restaurant service, i had to go directly to
we only stayed one night and chose the hotel as it was one of only a few that allowed pets to stay
it's very noisy and old. no parking lot enough.
pool was cold and not clean, and not as much garden space as i d hoped
