reveals itself with poor sound insulation, thin walls let you hear your neighbors and kids running up and down

whilst they did offer a room change, by this time i'd already settled into the room and the kids had made

pool also a little small but kids enjoyed swimming

would've given this an 'excellent', except the walls are thin and was awake up by kids running down the hall

the kids loved that there was a pool and i was really impressed with the hot breakfast

but were disappointed when we went out during our allotted time and found at least 20 adults and kids were

excellent place for family with kids

got everything in it kids enjoy the hot pool the game room.

kids did not get an opportunity to swim in the pool due to the restrictions / reservation /

my two kids were very much looking forward to spending time in the arcade but when we got there, every

my kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa that was available throughout the entire day

we had kids and there was a park a minute walk from hotel, so that was a major plus

very many options in breakfast and than they took away stuff without asking if my kids or me wanted more

waffle mix made three little waffles for some kids then staff said it was all out at 7:00 am :( then toaster

parking was limited

normally an amazing trip, this one was a bit rough due to the kids smoking in the

family of 4, great stay in grand lake. excellent kids area. nice restaurant with good service.

$5 for an individual kids bowl of cereal

food was good the bar selection was good the kids liked the selections on the vending machines

the kids enjoyed the game area near the above ground hot tub with ladder golf and chess

they accomodated early check in which i greatly appreciated

parking was a little tough on the busy weekend but there was always parking available.

1) no facility for hot pool 2) no breakfast

overall clean room with lots of parking space

parents room smelled like smoke and many guests had dogs and website said pets were not allowed so obviously

clean and quiet place to stay. parking was free for us.

reception, large airy room, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and street parking right in front

parking costs are paid by the property

parking can be an issue on weekends, so plan accordingly.
