reveals itself with poor sound insulation, thin walls let you hear your neighbors and kids running up and down

whilst they did offer a room change, by this time i'd already settled into the room and the kids had made

pool also a little small but kids enjoyed swimming

would've given this an 'excellent', except the walls are thin and was awake up by kids running down the hall

the kids loved that there was a pool and i was really impressed with the hot breakfast

my kids loved the complimentary hot cocoa that was available throughout the entire day

waffle mix made three little waffles for some kids then staff said it was all out at 7:00 am :( then toaster

very many options in breakfast and than they took away stuff without asking if my kids or me wanted more

we had kids and there was a park a minute walk from hotel, so that was a major plus

our room was close to a laundry room so it was noisey when the machines were operating.

but were disappointed when we went out during our allotted time and found at least 20 adults and kids were

hotel staff was very accommodating and the pool & hot tub area was a hit for both the kids and adults

(it used to be silver creek resort, then sol vista) perfect for those learning and kids and even have night

the rooms were awesome as well, i worried that our kids or the other kids around would be too loud, but you

wifi didn t reach our room well

fireplace did not work

things were not working, like the in room fireplace and the hot tub but it was a blizzard so, not a big deal

property was fine - i was traveling with kids using black hawk as a base to explore the surrounding areas

try'd on my phone didn't work had to use the robot machine struggled ( sad face) kids next door knocking on

nothing for kids to do

fact that kids under 21 couldn t even walk through the casino to walk to the other side for a bite to eat

wish the lobby was bigger and maybe had an arcade for kids

called the hotel before we came and asked if they had a pool for the kids and a buffet, and they said yes so we

everything was wonderful clean rooms good shower casino floor was fun

for 2 hours playing and not once was asked if i need a drink then when my husband went to the bar he was charged

parking can be an issue on weekends, so plan accordingly.

reception, large airy room, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and street parking right in front

clean and quiet place to stay. parking was free for us.

the kids enjoyed the game area near the above ground hot tub with ladder golf and chess

was terrible (teriyaki chicken bowl with no sauce think plain white rice) and there were about 15 kids running

normally an amazing trip, this one was a bit rough due to the kids smoking in the

$5 for an individual kids bowl of cereal
