room was kinda small for 2 adults and 3 kids

we had 2 adults and 2 kids

com registered as 4 adults 3 kids

the amenities are great (outside pool, free breakfast every morning & parking)

lights in some of the darker areas of the parking lot to deter theft overnight

location right on the beach which is a plus with kids

hotel had direct access to the beach and plenty of areas for my kids to play

didn't enjoy keeping up w a bracelet and my kids being asked 5 times by the same lady where there bracelets were

they also had complimentary tea and hot cocoa which was nice for my kids

furniture in room was a bit damaged but i have kids so no huge deal!

and parking lot needs to be updated

additionally, wifi did not work

room did not smell of smoke- like some non-smoking rooms do

no pool and no wifi

was pleasantly surprised that the room was nicely redone and didn't smell despite it being a smoking

the noisy kids across the hall.

my kids enjoyed the pool as well

was a big storm that knocked out the tv signal and keeping our kids entertained was rough as our one yr old was

were put on the first floor with all the kids who ran up and down the hall till all hours plus all the dogs

kids running up and down hallway. people talking at my door

my kids were terrified and begged me to sleep in the car instead

the pool was nice for the kids

there were drunks arguing yelling cussing with kids in our room pool cloudy

also, the person next to me had kids that were in and out of their room

while waiting for my kids to come back in the room i left the door partially open and some man just walked

the staff was great with our kids

the pool needs redone, the kids kept losing skin on their fingers because it very rough around it

just because we had kids (who did not stay the entire time) we were moved from our original room

breakfast was not available until 6:30 am

clean room and friendly service good breakfast and nice pool

the room was located by the elevator and kids were running through the halls

our kids were playing and the bottoms of their white socks were dark green within an hour

the way i was talked to or the bad language that was used especially because i was there with my kids

screwed this reservation up there was no 2 queen beds only a single 2 of the kids sleep on the

she came to put the kids to bed and was locked out

my 2nd to last night someone moved in above me (4th flr) with kids i am assuming as for the next 24 hours it

was exactly what my kids needed, the selection of options was really nice

the kids enjoyed the pool then on sunday pool closed as they couldn't clean the pool.

kids enjoyed the pool and it being indoor made it nicely accessible regardless of weather

my spouse & kids really enjoyed their stay as well

my kids were highly dissappointed and i feel we paid top notch price

soon as we walked in to the lobby to check in, i and my kids smelled smoke that makes me sick

our room comfortably fit us with 2 adults and 3 kids

there were muddle school kids in the connected room 2 nights in a row

me with write paper bc i am full deaf i love it this room nice n more comfortable with my wife n kids nothing

have stayed here before and is near our kids

the staff was friendly. it was clean. and they offered complementary breakfast.

to run and jump stomping and screaming from 7:30 at night until 10 pm, and while i understand kids being cooped

i definitely will re-book here when we visit the kids next year

with kids wasn t easy to go back and forth many times a day

stayed for a week, one of my kids ended up having to sleep on the floor

people above us was running the floor all night long non stop alot of yelling and screaming my kids couldn't

the chef paid attention to the fruit the kids ate the day before and gave my son just strawberries the next

this hotel is not kids friendly at all and the front staff where extremely rude and judgemental.

was small, one evening my kids wanted to swim but there was already 6 kids in the pool and there wasn't much

hates we could use the pool but understand about covid-19

many children around...not great location for couples trying to get away from kids.

property had many amenities for our kids such as putt putt golf, pickleball, and multiple pools on site

pools need supervision there was some really bad kids so it was really hard for the other kids to injoy the

no kitchen supplies in the room and having to ask for them

full size refrigerator was a plus, hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, kitchen sink, this place was

very clean!!! friendly staff!! great parking!!! easy check in and out procedure.

i loved how clean the room was, and the kitchenette was a nice touch.

microwave and fridge wasn t clean wifi was a little slow but doable

had 2 kids under the age of 2 in the room and could not get the temp to run any higher than 67 degrees

pool was small and with 3 families with kids it was crowded & loud.

i know it was some kids and get that they have energy, but it was kinda hard to unwind with the noise

i thought that the pool was still open so my kids was a little disappointed about that

also it was very convenient that the tvs had netflix on them because my kids love it

the sofa bed was also very uncomfortable and the kids didn't sleep well

they also told my kids (teen boys) about the bicycles and they loved riding around down by the marina

my kids sat up in their sleep every time it turned on

my kids were very comfortable and it made traveling with small children so much easier

also, please add a weight machine to the gym
