those things really were not available and the attractions for the kids were a bit exaggerated

i would imagine in the summer it is loads of fun for kids and families, we were there in early march so not
kids were looking forward to that, but we couldn t stay unhealthy
to all services you will like it, nothing to complain about, checked in was in 2 min, i asked for late check

and too much noise from the kids playing outside the room door at night time
it was awful, it was dirty, and my kids were scared not to mention signs of bedbugs on linens when we got there
reception desk is rude and did not grant my reservation of double bed room for family with two kids, he gave us
didn't like the customer service not friendly at all,really small beds,very noisy,kids everywhere running up
kids being kids so put up with loud noise til midnight(ish)

deep run kids destroyed that place once they got there and were running around like animals the parents did
heard kids yelling and crying, i know they didn't know this but i was trying to get some much needed
many kids from multiple soccer teams running the halls, and no parents or anyone from staff took any
the staff was very warm. it made me feel very welcomed after a long drive with two kids.

would like a full refund because this was just absurd and uncalled for considering it was me my 3 kids and 2

there was about eight to nine kids in the tiny pool and the adult with them was highly entertained talking on
kids were very excited for the indoor pool

the 2 women tending bar - and i'm now forgetting their names - were wonderful and engaging as well

desk guy didn't have my breakfast paid for when i paid upfront for breakfast and my room wasn't available when
access to commercial gym which is always a big plus for me when travelling for work

the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bourbon bar was a fantastic place to unwind in the evening
we enjoyed the breakfast, the bourbon room, and hanging out in the study downstairs with a cup of coffee

my husband had to park the car in a parking garage and when he retrieved the car there were 2 kids clearly doing
it was nice to have a bar at the hotel
music in the bar in the evening provided by very talented duo - an unexpected extra
a large group and one of the reasons we chose this hotel in november was for the indoor heated pool and heated

manager we had taken a family trip us and all the kids we stayed up pretty late and kind enough overslept they

i would stay again with my husband and two kids
we took our kids to the pool to play before dinner at 7pm

there was also a baseball tournament going on in town so there were kids running around everywhere in the hotel

they said there were no other rooms available, so i had to worry about my kids safety throughout the night
