there were many, many families and kids, which i loved to see but did not want to wade through

it was 100 degrees out and i have 3 young kids

i like the pool and the location to go to shopping and food.

the rooms are setup, more like a kids preschool room, & extremely small

past 11 am in the lobby, they took everything away, and i got in around midnight with three kids

it's a pet friendly hotel, however there is nowhere onsite to take them out to potty/poop

the kids enjoyed the pool and we took a short walk (3 blocks) to the reno arch

yeah, extremely noisy guests with kids in room above us

elevator stop working, so much garbage in the garage area, hot tub was not working, no room service, you have

city of reno is old as is reflected in the casinos, homeless persons abound and casinos were virtually empty

we got a small room with one king size bed, and i had my two kids in me and my husband

fortunately a great bar tender named dan had a bar menu

drinks in the bar are way expensive

if you want to see all the location you can not finish it in a day, so huge a lot of things for kids as well

the pool area was kind of gross, though it was late in the day and overwhelmed by little kids

in the downtown but slightly away from casino hotels, which was a big plus while traveling with kids

it was too creepy for my kids. the smell like old moist rags was very strong.

good bar in lobby, plus washer and dryer on 2nd floor

i stayed here because of pool for kids come to find out there is no pool..

the carpet in the room needs cleaned, my kids feet were black after walking around without shoes

sausage dry and tough, orange juice was slightly colored water, hot tub was crowded with 6 kids and 4 adults

the only breakfast cereals that i found were sugary cereals for kids

breakfast that was included was awesome! my kids loves the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon!

not easy to eat breakfast in the deep sofas especially for kids.
