stayed at this hotel with our two kids and had a wonderful experience

they have a nice courtyard by the pool with activities to do on the grass area

no one traveling with kids should be forced to endure 4-5 police cars and several ambulances parked just below

rooms are spacious and have a kind of mini-kitchen so good for families

stayed tuesday to friday and the suite was lovely with a full kitchen

went above and beyond to make spring break vacation super fun for the kids

was that the close location to the aquarium seemed to attract a lot of families with young kids

the kids loved everything and were happy to enjoy the hotel as well as wonder thru the little town of

vacations mostly for kids visiting aquarium and family/friend events

special events each evening for kids in the hotel lobby and great

you can't heat up a glass of milk for the kids, for example, since it doesn't have a microwave

staff very very nice the free breakfast was not so good

when i asked if there was ice and honey at breakfast, the manager ran into the back and got both for me

the breakfast was delicious and we loved the cappuccinos

hotel has free parking pass for beach parking lot (otherwise $30 to park) and free use of beach towels

but the worst was the noise from the bar, which is too central, and kept going 90 mins past the supposed 11pm

nice having the great restaurant/ bar downstairs to be used as communal area especially during non-busy hours

spread, really no customer service on the beach or at the tiki bar and in general just young kids on the working

but fair warning: if you re not a fan of kids or pets, this might not be the place for you there were plenty

and there is also a lot of green space in greenport, including a famous merry-go-round for kids

have decorative curtains with long cords that are definitely a strangulation hazard for young kids and difficult

the bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out

the hotel is family friendly so if you're looking for a more lively bar/food scene stay in the actual town of

everyone who worked there, in the hotel, the bar and in the diner, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating

we were only there one night for my birthday and asked for an early check in

we were so impressed by the level of attention paid to guests- and the pool service particularly stood out as

beautiful rooms and pool.

rowdy kids drinking and smoking by the piol area and on saturday nite people parting by the pool until

husband and i went away for a long weekend away from the kids and this was a great hotel for the price

smelled like weed in one of the hallway and kids running up and down the halls

at the front desk when i checked in i was told if i paid $15 for my breakfast buffet, then my kids would eat
