kids shouting for hours at the swimming pool/spa, 3 to 4 pm inflatable toys were given to them and
dated rooms sadly , freezing cold pool for the kids and had to pay extra 3 for towels
in the bar and again no service with a smile, it was busy as there was a wedding on, ordered a kids meal and
not hotels fault, but screaming kids running up and down the corridors was annoying

as we didn't feel comfortable leaving it there as there was no camera coverage and there were kids messing around
in lady was very rude we arrived early and she spoke to us like naughty school kids once we established we just

we're above the outside bar area & had a buffet outside our door on the first floor landing with kids running

wifi was slow and went off a few times, usually came back but was slightly annoying (they did fix
