were a lot of kids staying because of a tournament and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with screaming kids

parking... some clients parked as if they were the only guests, causing many spots unusable

had a pet and were on the 5th floor, so it was a haul to bring her crate into the room and to take her

is that i found garbages under the bed, there was no remote control nor channel guide and the gym was closed,

service and location and bar restaurant

was really noisy, people were talking loudly in the corridors and we heard kids running around on the floor up

made it inconvenient with kids

there was a hockey tournament that weekend and not easy for some parents to control their kids

the wifi is toooo slow and no coffee machines in the rooms.

my main disappointment was with the limited machines in the gym

kids always ask to go back and we do

it's a great place, with the best breakfast and a good pool for kids and adults.

breakfast was included with our room and greatly appreciated with 4 kids

we made use of the tablet in our room by having a dance party with the kids

kids where happy with the choices, it's in a real restaurant, if you want something else, they give

very good breakfast

nice hot breakfast, easy to book, friendly staff, good location, calm and peaceful

no pool open

pool was not operated because missing person who can supervise it:) sometimes happens

parking was a non-issue as it seemed as though we were the only people staying there

spotty wifi

wifi barley worked and cut out all the time, pool was gross and definitely needs to be cleaned

kitchen does not have pans and pots. wifi sometimes freezes.

so much noise from kids yelling etc. terrible

breakfast was well presented and very good

patio doors to the parking lot right outside our room was very convenient

of parking, entrance near parking area which made it easier to unload luggage, free breakfast, plenty

parking spots and the way to them were not clean and slippery

as pictured is a fireplace-gas it was warm out when we stayed so we didn't use

looked for a pet friendly hotel, ended up knowing it is only partial pet friendly

kitchen is only equipped with the bare minimum and doesn t really serve for cooking, if that is

beds, spacious, great bathroom / shower and tub in the suite, plus nespresso, full kitchen, really nice spot

the murphy bed/the kitchen counter chairs-high stools are top quality and so very comfortable

the pool surround is lovely and so is the new furniture

not enough parking spaces onsite so you might need to park on the road depending on what time you arrive

the restaurant and bar were second to none and the staff was extremely friendly and professional

great sunset views very clean pool with indoor shower, towels love the new terasse and jacuzzi always available

we did not get lake-view; we had one of the few properties with view on the parking lot
