it is not the ritz carlton but our rooms (bedroom is seperated from the kitchen and living room area) is spacious

site said there would be breakfast but when me and my kids went for it the whole office was locked
it was a great price so i guess since i was traveling alone and without kids it wasn t as big of a deal
was no swimming pool but the laundry ice machine food delivery and clean room was more important to me

kids jumping upstairs and running down the hallways

it was 11 at night when i got there with my kids and they cancelled my room without calling me but yet they
shower was very slippery i actually slipped i had to place a towel so i wouldn't slip or my kids
there was exhaust fan in the bathroom (so i didn't have to breathe my kids exhaust)

i got a cup of juice only there were only a few tables and many kids and families there so it was too crowded

thin walls, could hear next door loud guests with kids early in the morning and others out in the hallways
it was freezing cold and there was no way my kids could swim comfortably
where 2 adults plus my 2 kids 13 and 15 years old with a king bed not enough space to sleep
never raised my voice although i should have when my kids slept on floor with spiders in room
suppose to have queen beds in two rooms but they were king beds so we had to go buy air bed for kids to sleep
