was not private enough considering the room was shared with 2 kids and my husband and i
walking distance to downtown, beach and swimming pool for the kids!
kids were disappointed though
location it's great specially if you are traveling with kids, good walking distance to santa barbara downtown
pool closed (repair works), we left earlier as a hotel with no pool is boring for our kids.

in a central location breakfast - served in the hotel restaurant based on ordering from a menu i liked the
restaurant finch and fork had the most delicious breakfast, i highly recommend the pork belly sandwich
bed and bedding, very friendly staff, nice coffee and tea in the morning, great breakfast
should clear the room service coffee away before nighttime
but is was impossible to reach the room service to order breakfast in the room

it's great for couples or if you have kids, either way it's a great escape into a small paradise
it rained for a couple of hours while we were there and our kids loved watching a movie in the room
were kids staying above us who were a little loud, but that's completely out of the hotels control

was a little loud at night as there were some college kids partying in a bar nearby as we were trying to go to
thursday night at the bar next-door, there are hundreds of college kids that party way way way too loud we didn

pool area is not that large, and no separate area (or not that we saw) for kids
kids loved the pool and hunting for the pig statues and feeding the turtles

kids enjoyed playing in the pool but they closed it pretty early around 9 because so close to the

there is a cute little outdoor pool and jacuzzi with plenty of towels available which the kids loved
and even for couple is fine but king-size room is excellent - swimming pool is small, perhaps for kids with age

of staff oversight when two kids approx ages 3 & 5 ran up and down the halls for an hour after 9 pm on june 1
suitable for baby/kids - asked for a crib/cot and the receptionist did not know if they had one and i had to
