reception was barely ever open the entire time, so we couldn't use the onsite bar or chat with other guests

was beautiful, whole hotel was spotless , get entertainment for kids and adults loads of options for food and
the shop gym & kids play area was all closed but there are plenty around outside so don't worry too much as

for one night ( 2 adults and 2 kids of 7 and 9 that we needed to have 2 rooms but one is enough if the kids
