pool had some guest that had kids they weren't taking care of they had music that i didn't like and they were
to stay here back in the day and well it would have never been somewhere i would have brought my kids, but they
there was even a few kids play facilities in the same parking lot
it's close to everything and also the kids went swimming and had fun
and when in the hot tub a group had there young kids there and they would go from pool to hot tub but jumping

kids loved the restful nights.

was a poor experience, we had another guest call my kids room am threatened them, there was no communication

stayed with a pet on 4th floor....would've been nice to be on bottom floor
is farther from claremont colleges than preferred but it is quite clean, comfortable and has a gym
service in the bar and restaurant was excellent.

the kids and i got to have breakfast before we went to baseball tournament

breakfast is decent, plenty of parking, check-in/check-out was quick and the customer service was pretty good
it could have been better if you have a lunch and dinner in your kitchen for a room service

lock was broken on the door and the whole time i showered the shower pipes where loud and woke my kids up
i had to clean my kids feet off after running around in the room because their feet turned black
i think they had a bunch of kids so they were jumping and making all kinds of noise
rooms very loud neighbors kids running everywhere not a good area smelly room dirty room scary
nice decor and noticed games in lobby which are nice if you are traveling with kids

only had one elevator and i had my room all the way in the other side with my kids

kids in the next room kept playing their video game loud until midnight and i couldn t sleep
appears people living there, adults loitering, kids running the halls
had a cat purring outside my door all night then i have somebody's kids running up and down by my balcony it
great big pool big rooms with balconies friendly environment very peaceful
facilities were a little run down and asian tour group people were pushy at free breakfast.

the belgium waffle station is always a hit with my kids

there is even a sofa bed that your kids can sleep in

pool so if your room isn't close to the pool going to the bathroom might be difficult for younger kids
i like how the queen beds are separate by a wall giving me privacy from my kids

my key card worked, however my kids would be staying and i didn t feel safe
there were insects and spiders crawling which scared the kids and the family

the room upstairs was noisy. it s wood floor so i could hear the kids jumping around.
one night, there were also kids above us running till after midnight, and we could feel the whole room shaking
hot tub out of service again, tiny pool that s only 5ft deep, not enough guest laundry service available, i
was no hand soap in the bathroom nor at the kitchen area sink
pet tolerant not friendly, $150 charge.
