we were traveling with teens and tweens, they were incredibly understanding and accepting of the kids
the gorgeous little town is lovely too parking is easy staff are lovely, we had washing laundered and returned
the renovated castle with its long history. the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast.

only downside was that there was no bar which would have been nice in the evening so that we could have sat and

we were the only guests bar two, and it was extremely cold downstairs - too cold to stay there at all, though
they have an old style chimenea, it s quite a satisfied experience to have breakfast with it

pool closed, even if it was hot too far from anything (attractions, restaurants)

was non existent on the first floor and in the bar area
wifi is free but did not reach the room heating did not work properly
quite noisy at night. the wifi signal was too weak to work at 1. floor.
the bar had good service and there was a good tapas selection.

the staff, the bar at the hotel played good music, the location is perfect.
a very nice view from our room, also the pool was not very big for a regular swimming good for cooling
the fusion menu was not really to our taste and, understandably, the bar was shut on sundays

issues: first, wifi was a bit weak in our room
the (secure) wifi was excellent and all tv channels could be watched in original language which often 5* hotels
wifi could have been better.

very noisy group of 200 kids and parents celebrating communion until 9pm with loud music
30 is very inconvenient for tired travellers and not providing a room service
disappointed that the pool was closed
wifi weak signal for a 4 stars hotel i would say it s not acceptable
great swimming pool and a relaxing bar
