payment and failed to add 4 people to the reservation when i got there i had to pay again for my kids-and they
also we were there for a week saw broken beer bottles on property that were never picked up and kids were running
not so clean, carpet was so dirty and old, not safe for kids...
the beach has toys for the kids to build sand castles
i like the free breakfast the hotel offer but my kids expect something else

so my kids couldn't even shower because there was no hot water
the toilet cover of our room was broken the beds are very small, for my kids its alright but for my wife and
every think i love it my kids were really happy
had a pool table and ping pong tables for the kids
what not to say about this resort i fell in love talk about a weekend getaway we came with our kids the rooms

had us pay for breakfast for our kids which was a bummer and breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got
expensive almost $190 x night $30 extra for a small dog,4 people ,2 adult and 2 kids,,,the rooms are old and
there are no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor with luggage and sleepy kids
they are more like for kids

where they we not allowed and nobody for 5 days kicked the kids out of the jacuzzi , my room spelled
property was amazing, both pools were clean and the property was small enough that my kids could safely wander
price was too high. we should have been given four free breakfasts not two. we have two kids.
are to thin lol we could hear our neighbors literally having sex all through our stay we had 3 kids with us not
i did not like that they did not have a menu for kids

then kids tried going downstairs to see what s going on with wifi it was packed and couldn t get no
the room is new since the hotel open in september 2016, my kids love the pool also
seeing we had our 3 kids
the pool area pretty clean and it wasn't too deep for my kids to have a great time in it.
great place for the price and extremely safe for kids and kid friendly. espanol tv only though.

my kids had a blast they basically always had the pool to themselves the whole time
place is really nice and clean the pool outdoor activities for the kids is great
great location. my kids loved the playground, and the mini golf.
the location and how the hotel is set up is awesome for kids they loved it
but then again it is nice that there were not a lot of young kids

went with my kids loved that they haev the little zoo and 2 pools to choose from
very nice view of the ocean and it also has a playground for kidsale
my kids weren't bored and they too fell in love and want to come back again soon
far way from the parking alot of stairs when you have kids and alot of luggage

like the price it was a nice little tiny home for me and my kids and husband to stay in for the night since we
limited parking
parking is great when there are only 2 cars, but when there are more than 2 cars, you might be
loved that there was a refridgerator and microwave and small kitchen sink

that was a bummer for my kids
had tried the heater which nevered worked we had ordered blankets when we arrived so we had the kids covered
i came with my husband and 17 and 12 year kids
like everything my family and i enjoy everything we have lots of fun in that pool that staff was very friendly
some furniture in the room outdated same as the pool and jacuzzi tubs tile pieces missing

to enter the parking lot of the hotel, the streets to enter the hotel are very complicated and

we got two rooms because it was my husband, me, our four kids and my sister
was great the food and room service except the last night was really noisy and kids running and hitting the wall
pool seems like kind of for families and kids
there was to much noice in the room above kids jumping all night

i enjoy people watching -- parents taking kids to school, folks headed to & from work, generally great people
pool was amazing to have with our kids on a hot day and we ordered food while at the pool and it was good
bed was dirty , my kids and i came back home with some allergy and
pool was not open. kids didn't like that, they were there for that reason
any other place we've stayed at -- you get an egg dish, some fruit, and a coffee; also, while kids can stay free

i was given a higher floor, but thin walls meant i heard everything from kids on the other side of the connecting

food in the hotel was bad. therefore, room service was also bad.

the staff wasn't that friendly and very short with answers. not for family with young kids
getting charged for my 12 yr old son when on my reservation it was clearly stated 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and
the kitchen staff is always very attentive and welcoming you with a great attitude!
