i didn t like kids running through the hall
then the pool was full of kids that were jumping and splashing with no supervision
went off 2x during our stay and we were not impressed getting away from kids to have to deal with it
pool is great for the kids
food was great, beds comfortable and place was clean. kids loved pool and hubby loved jacuzzi

also no pool , would have been nice as we were traveling with kids

only reason i booked a room here was for the pool for my kids
burn terrible and they got super irritated and glossy, our skin got itchy and broke out even the kids
hotel was very clean and spacious, the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast in the morning but most importantly
kids loved the breakfast
there was popcorn, tea and coffee which the kids loved

nice sized pool for the kids and pleasantly warm in winter
two bedroom suite was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids of varying ages
breakfast covered all members of my family including my child who is gluten free!!!
the bed was comfortable. i liked the convenience of the kitchen. the room was large.

more help in the breakfast area especially when lots of kids are in the hotel
we ended up sleeping with the kids in the bedroom because you just couldn't use the living space's pull out
the roll in bed was much more comfortable per my kids
loved having our own room separate from the kids

of kids running around the halls and lobby and our room was by the elevator so we heard clear
no hot tub and too many kids in the small pool. suggest adult only pool hours.

that week-end was child soccer tournaments going on and the kids were all over the hotel until late at night
my room was next to the stairwell and some people/kids were loud and echoey.
the breakfast, airport shuttle, and close to the t. suites are nice with kids too.
kids hockey team was very noisy at night

ok; not great at all not a lot of vegetarian options charged for the kids which was not
nothing for families (like a stool for kids to reach the sink or bedrails for the beds)

we had 7 kids with us ranging from 15 to 7 and they didn't complain once
my kids loved the pool, it was heated and lights for after dark
i'm guessing they had kids and it was a larger suite bc of all the running
friendly desk staff ellen so lovely and small breakfast and coffee nice with the kids

few things that bothered my fiance and i were: kids running around in the room above us, sounded like a stampede
that being set up especially since we checked in on the later side and it was close to our kids' bedtime
location is great. kids love the pool. the kitchenette in room is very convenient.
