no control on the shower very hot could be dangerous for kids
door would not lock from the inside and with young kids running around opening everything
receptionist was really unpleasant did not give us any help or options she suggested one of my kids sleep in
the little kitchen was a great help with three kids in tow
limited onsite parking and have to park up the road in the council carpark.

excellent hotel for families and so much to do for the kids. food was also very good.

the only thing my kids didn't like was having to leave to go home.

buffet was very limited forthwith kids though could be due to recent reopening after covid restrictions
was nice but slow and no one offered extra juice for kids or coffee toast that was a let

pool which would have been ideal for the kids but it s understandable given they are only open for a certain

my wife & kids were naturally scared by this
food was amazing and dey allowed us a late check out till 2pm because our train wasn t until 3pm which was so
central location, with ample parking, lovely staff and delicious breakfast!
times at the bar on monday evening resulting in us only having one drink there and then going out
very noisy in the middle of the night from 3am to 6am by staff in kitchen

parking is a bit tight at the rear of the building
parking, clean rooms comfortable beds, good food, as i was traveling for work only 14 kms away from

our kids thoroughly enjoyed their surfing lesson and it was a lovely relaxing experience to visit the
separate option for kids entertainment (dvd in sitting room)
faced the road and lots of kids out late(after 11pm) on the weekend not doing any harm but just loud and banging
the kids loved the breakfast of pancakes and nutella
place, friendly staff, amazing scenery, we will return here for sure and bring the kids this time

i loved the amount of space we had in the room - it was great for the kids and for me
evening meals were very good but again found it expensive, 91 for 2adults and1 kids meal
food was delicious,kids loved ice creams and pina colada was delicious
it on the door handle for room service next morning so in the end we went downstairs with the kids for breakfast

space for 2 families (4adults and 4 kids)
for cooking n living with a family for kids were poor
how close it was to the stables was an added bonus for the kids
