only one tiny thing was the kids swimming lesson/play time in the pool, but they were good kids so no real

lovely hotel. very clean and great breakfast. bar food was lovely also
location and parking is handy.
aware there is limited car parking at the rear of the hotel, apart from that there was little we din't like
so just needed a place to rest up for a few nights but the rooms were large, nice lobby, cooked breakfast was
impressed from beginning to end absolutely fantastic breakfast and atmosphere in the breakfast

it on the door handle for room service next morning so in the end we went downstairs with the kids for breakfast
i loved the amount of space we had in the room - it was great for the kids and for me
food was delicious,kids loved ice creams and pina colada was delicious

i liked the idea of kids club every night 7-8.45 so myself & husband had time for dinner alone
was very busy and there were kids running around after 9
room was beside the basketball/football court so even at night we could still hear kids playing
great facilities for kids, staff very welcoming and friendly, near to retail park and mcdonalds.
they have kids activities setuo with a bouncy castle in the pool and a movie themed night

receptionist was really unpleasant did not give us any help or options she suggested one of my kids sleep in
no control on the shower very hot could be dangerous for kids
the little kitchen was a great help with three kids in tow
door would not lock from the inside and with young kids running around opening everything

the hotel grounds are beautiful and the entertainment for the kids was very good

i also was able to get a tent in room for the kids unfortunately it wasn't in the room so when we went to lobby

had the bar food very nice staff helpful and friendly breakfast was good as we had 3 young kids the enjoy it
i have never left a bad review in my life but what do the kids say these days
the reception it felt like being home after a long road trip rooms were clean comfortable and the kids loved
parking, about 20 kids running around the lobby, could not talk to my friend we had to leave
night mid week and no breakfast included was poor value in my opinion and you couldn t use the pool / sauna

kids loved the horse riding and small forest trail, playground, tennis court and fishing
how close it was to the stables was an added bonus for the kids
space for 2 families (4adults and 4 kids)

were bit disappointed that pool closes at 7 for kids
