the kids on scooters and bikes riding through the property was rude and annoying
loved the furnishings, the beehive gas fireplace, the patio off golf course and the jacuzzi bathtub
staff was exceptional from check-in to golf, to gift store(s) to restaurant
our room was walking distance to the restaurant and also the pool and spa which we did not use
loved the pool area

were two issues that need to be rectified: the wifi does not work as in most western hotels
i like that there was security there good parking and the staff was very nice
really hope the wifi could be better. i had to use my mobile data to access internet.

check in took a really long time , about an hour of wait on a cold night , i had little kids with me so i wish
beds were hard, the ice machine did not work, it's a long way from the border/downtown, no laundry service was

the pool was freezing
pool was not open, and that is one of the main reasons we decided to book it, probably not in
staff gave me a wrong key to my room and i had to wake a person up they messed up on my room
rate was way to high, i asked for room service dinner and they never delivered, they never even made it and
pool was not heated. too cold for january swim
