when you get a lot of people/kids in the pools one was good then we visit the other pool and it was kinda green

normally stay at eagle for the pool area for my kids
was absolutely family friendly we have a 6 year old and he loved every minute of the kids
more bar food - kids were craving chips and salsa
they took away the kids basketball net mid vacation

the kitchen did not have a dishwasher and i was traveling with 2 kids (3 and 1 yrs old)

really like the ladies from the barcy kids clubs, they go above and beyond
cant really go eat because to go in the restaurants you need proper attire, no bathing suit, my kids were hungry

pools, lazy river, jacuzzis, water slide and beachfront were great and clean, and the staff was
first day or 2 we did not need or request room service and hung the sign saying so on the door but the other
way too overbuilt. beach and pool way too crowded. i would suggest the ocean club instead
very clean property and friendly staff. the pool is amazing!

forgot to service clean and make my kids room for two days
nothing wrong with kids but there is a separate pool for families
they should have a place at the beach for the families with kids and separate for no kids
smaller number of rooms (as compared to the other hotels) made it easier to relax and enjoy the pool and beach
staff friendliness and how hard they tried to make our stay good after some poor room service.
