nothing so complain - our kids even enjoyed seeing the iguana a few times in the hotel

pools, lazy river, jacuzzis, water slide and beachfront were great and clean, and the staff was
first day or 2 we did not need or request room service and hung the sign saying so on the door but the other
way too overbuilt. beach and pool way too crowded. i would suggest the ocean club instead
very clean property and friendly staff. the pool is amazing!

nothing wrong with kids but there is a separate pool for families
they should have a place at the beach for the families with kids and separate for no kids
smaller number of rooms (as compared to the other hotels) made it easier to relax and enjoy the pool and beach
staff friendliness and how hard they tried to make our stay good after some poor room service.
