we were in town for the holidays and visiting with our kids
instead of cleaned then proceed to offer me a single king bed room for five people and the kids could sleep on
horrible, we just grapbbed yogurt for our kids
very clean, friendly staff,cozy room. breakfast room was super beautiful and inviting.

luckily, we had an air mattress for the kids to use
quiet, only noise was kids running down the halls and even that wasn t as noticeable as in other hotels

pool was on the cooler side, felt it could have been warmer water for being geared towards kids.

stayed on a friday night and there must have been some kids staying in the room above us that were jumping and
trying to check in the music was so loud (some program for kids was going to start soon) that i couldn t hear

the adult only pool area was very nice. the staff kept close eye if kids were getting in.
when you have kids that need to eat certain foods things like a microwave matter
we only had one day for the pool, we got down to the pool at 10am and you had the kids' pool closed until 2:1

the last time i stayed there kids running the halls all night kept me awake
were up till 3:10 with screaming kids running up and down the hallway
they had a nice pool but no hot tub or sauna
pool was small and overly crowded. parking was a bit awkward.
had a bus sitting outside our room in the parking lot in the evening with the engine running for a long time

the lady that came back and called the room phone at 11pm when the kids were sleeping and woke them up so i
no coffee, no housekeeping and the price went up. if you had kids the pool was dry.
the beds were a little firm for my taste, but my kids both slept well on them
