i really wanted a ocean view for the night time for my kids and wife

i feel really frustrated because my kids were expecting the pool to enjoy their grandma's birthday weekend

best of all, when weather was a little off, hotel set up a game/activity room for kids inside (air hockey,

the room had no heat and you would think that you wouldn't need it, but the room was cold and my kids ended up

in fitness room in bathing suits and with their kids

the pool was lovely; the kids loved the free arcade games and they had pool and table football as well

the pool closes at 10 but they allowed us stay till 11 the kids were having such a great time

the staff on the cafeteria(breakfast) were so disrespectful ( even using f word aloud in front of kids) to

was there for a vacation- i did not know it was spring break for college- kids were up all night running through
