i was there with my husband and 2 kids and we were very cramped
like that we were kept awake ny screaming, running hockey kids and knocking on doors until 2 am
lots of parking , outdoor bbq with seating and visiting area
was unaware of the pet fee and the upgrade fee to a pet friendly room- however i think this was something more
parking by door on ground floor.

first night the a/c unit was very noisy to the point that it kept the kids awake
kids loved the pool facilities
the kids had fun in the pool
the pool and gym were not open for the same reason
beautiful, extremely clean, nice friendly staff, great parking.

plenty of space outside rooms as well, for kids and family to explore in morning and evening to enjoy your
size room, good size fridge and kitchen appliances were available
soshi(?) was very personable and very friendly. he even gave us a free upgrade with a fireplace!

staff was kind, breakfast was great, and the pool was so great for the kids
requested cribs for kids which was accepted by them but they couldn't provide it
everything else was wonderful especially the staff (except kitchen)

no vegan options for breakfast.
