we took our kids down to swim only to be told we can t due to construction

nothing they refused service bc i had one to many kids

had kids running up and down the hallway all hours of the night

kids there for sole purpose to swim in heated indoor pool was not informed until after we paid that

location was good. pool was a hit with my kids.

bed was comfortable. friendly and helpful people at the front desk. gym equipment is decent.

parking lot to small

was noisy, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, and we got a first floor parking lot room which was

the elevator almost closed on one of my kids and didn't stop when he was standing in the way of the doors

on my floor there was alot of kids running around and knocking on guests doors.

t really have to do with the property, but there was 20-30 kids and teens running unsupervised in and around

clean, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub were nice and kept the kids entertained for hours

but the kids were very entertained by the pool and the hot tub

rooms were large, very clean, bed was comfortable, nice little gym, breakfast was the best

breakfast was excellent

very cozy and spacious had a nice breakfast in the morning !

no indoor pool

they allowed me a late check out, so i could shower and get the glue from the test out of my hair

we were traveling with two kids so that made sleeping arrangements cramped

were able to check in using some man's id that did it for them so my stay was annoying because kids were partying

for our needs that night and had we needed to stay longer, it would have been perfect with the kitchenette and

room was nice and comfortable. clean and the salt water pool was a nice find.

the room i was moved to was really spacious and comfy for my kids and i.

room above me had kids and they moved furniture and screamed nearly the whole night

i definitely felt safe traveling alone with my kids

they ran out of food early because a bus of college kids cleaned them out
