loved the beautiful views and our kids really enjoyed the pool facilities

we had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and found the 3 queen beds to be extremely comfortable and clean

it is a heated outdoor pool with natural hot springs and the kids love playing in it

that the rules of no kids in the pool after 10pm were not enforced

at maggie's which was delicious we live in colorado but just wanted to have a getaway with our kids and it was

there was no room service phone and after hours knowing the owners were there and had kids it seemed unlikely

also very family friendly with lots of things for kids to do and stretch their legs

we enjoyed playing bags and ping pong in the outside area with our kids

hostess and her beautiful kids had homemade chocolate chip cookies out every day

great selection, hot coffee and a waffle maker that the kids really enjoyed

perfect for college kids on a budget

were not comfortable at all my kids could not sleep in top floor pull out bed was squeaky and hard they ended

our young kids were sickened & upset, we wanted to leave the inn right then

since it was an inn i didn't expect kids..i had family w 3 kids next door

children particularly like have a pool or hot tub to play in

we were placed in a ground level suite right behind a high school with kids playing soccer as early as 7:30am

rooms were roomy, but pull out couches are very uncomfortable for kids

i also just wanted a nice drink or so after the kids went to bed and couldn t even use room service

we paid upfront $600+ usd per night for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 7 and 9 years old), expecting a great place

location is great, restaurant is of great quality, pool is great, especially for kids.

also, the kids who run the valley have no idea what they are doing in regards to transportation in the area,

our kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide.

kids enjoyed having access to the game room which was a nice perk, but the playstation and xbox did

this stay was our first time with kids in tow

my kids loved the hot apple cider and the jetted tub

fireplace stoop was within inches of bed and caused an injury to my party

you cannot beat the free breakfast

very pet friendly as advertised. staff pleasant and helpful.

the service at the pool bar could be

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items,

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the fitness room had more than we needed, the pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature with a magnificent

no wifi without password no information about wifi

despite calling before our trip, parking instructions were a little vague for an oversized vehicle

queen suite room was spacious and clean and stocked with all the utensils and kitchen items i needed

we were in a side room so there was a mountain view over the parking lot

the bar & dining room downstairs had a charming, old west motif & very good pub food & pleasant,

included breakfast was very nice. the kids loved the pool.

i would not recommend a family with kids stay here

dont have an elevator, staff did close pool area at 10pm and sebt two kids out

it scared the kids so i was leary about finding something awful in my room

my kids walked around the room in their socks for 10 min and their socks were black

the kids liked the breakfast, but did say the staff was rude.

as i had a family with two young kids, the environment did not feel that safe

looked like high school kids painted the room

the cleanliness and breakfast were exceptional all the staff were friendly and helpful.

the location along good walking trails and there is a nice little italian restaurant and great breakfast joint

do feel the pictures for the pool were a little deceiving

good parking and easy access from the highway, but not on the highway
