card access get denied sometimes and need to walk down to reception to activate it again kids are not
staff didn't have an answer to most of the questions we had, like where is the kids club, what time is the kids

sofa bed wasn t very comfortable for the kids, but it wasn t a big deal, the main bed was excellent and big

reception staff was not clear and when we were there on the evening, there was too many kids at the restaurant

swimming pool is very nice, and the hotel is very close to the beach :-) hope to return one day
they have a laundry service on site, which was helpful
more variety in the breakfast, otherwise we loved it.
wifi was weak on our side of the hotel
