have been an issue, except that i had to do some work and i needed to be in the room for the wifi
got connection with the secure wifi at the hotel-it s complicated and staff was helping but it didn t work

big room large enough to accommodate us all (3 kids & 2 adults) & kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds
the bunk beds were too high for a 3 and 6 year old so not a good option for very small kids

hotel was wonderfully decorated and the kids loved the area created for them on the ground floor
at the moment that i was booking there was no disclaimer regarding the extra fee for the pet
