pool using our time, turns out it was the lady at the front desk in the pool with her family and kids
nothing to complain about the property but too much elderly people who was bothered by my kids happily playing

pool that was full of disrespectful kids, reason we booked at this hotel was so we could swim and sadly did not

we have 2 little kids and the room was spacious and comfortable for us
the service was way above and beyond. everyone was helpful and and polite, especially with kids.
my kids particularly liked the make-your-own waffles

no one available to clean snow from stairs or plow parking lot properly after two days of heavy snow
