i also explained there were 4 kids traveling and only 2 adults were guaranteed to travel but could be 3
kids going up and down the elevators, with screaming in the pool area

did not consider if you have kids they need room to play and wind down
the only downfall was hearing footsteps and other kids running around, but we were in town for a dance competition
other guests that were at the pool opened a door to smoke.kinda tacky to not watch the kids
went to front desk and they managed to scramble up a few that just got out of the laundry
my entrance was adjacent to the laundry vents they need cleaning

kids loved the clean pool. beds were very comfortable. room was wide, cozy and practical.

pool was filthy, couldn't let my kids go swimming as there was gum and hair in the pool, the breakfast food was
safe, and simple accommodation that checked all the boxes on our return trip home with the kids

kids love the pool and they let me check out
manager learned it was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi and fireplace room
pool water was chilly. pool floor was very slippery.
the room was clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and there was a guest laundry.

breakfast was very good, i had pancakes and coffee. staff was friendly and helpful.

love the layout of the rooms when traveling with two small kids. service was excellent.
you cloud smell in the hallways was weed and i had 3 kids walking them i also told the front desk multiple
room that was not that clean and you could hear the room across the hall with a bunch of noisy kids

there was no breakfast for the kids and no one told us that there was no cleaning of the rooms

had a family with 6 kids above us and unfortunately we had to complain 3 times about the noise at 2:45am
the pool had kids running and jumping in going from the pool to the hot tub visa versa
hard to sit outside while the kids swam

i had trouble staying asleep but the kids slept fine

except there was some garbage thrown in the parking lot that looked to be there in the early morning

there was no breakfast, only coffee in the lobby, the room was disgusting, my kids feet were black within 10
the room was dirty, didn't look like it had been swept or mopped, my kids feet were black as well as my socks
looked clean was supposed to be a non smoking room, air conditioner omitted a musty damp odor laced with past
i could only get a smoking room and i smelled like smoke when i left everyday
parking lot is big, but the trucks and trailers jammed it up
