have been on a 3 month tour of the west coast staying somewhere different each night with our two kids

however kids were taking up the coffee bar when i was there, which is odd because they were like 10 years

treasure box for the kids was appreciated by my little ones

kids were playing ball after 10 pm so that the 8 adults could not swim.

even though quiet time was 9, people were playing music in their car, talking, yelling, kids running around, at

it was quiet i didn t hear any kids yelling or running around

clean, comfortable beds and room. very friendly and helpful staff. parking was good.

laundry on site was nice

the room was nice and comfortable. easy parking. we really loved newport, many things to do.

were on the first floor and the people above us had kids that stomped around till late

great room view, very relaxing. kids will also love it.

kids were a little disappointed they didn t get to make waffles or have cereal

just a thought families with kids should be on the first floor

the location was perfect! breakfast was ok. my kids really enjoyed the pool area

no breakfast but the view was great and my kids loved it

the 1/2 bath was especially helpful since we traveled with kids

i liked that the bedroom and the kids sleeping area were at different ends of the condo

maybe a pool for the kids...but not a necessity.

it was a very cozy room. kids enjoyed looking off the balcony into the bay.

i had kids with me who were bummed out we couldn t do anything in new port and then couldn t even go

, the above guest had kids, and the baby was crying until 1130 as we were tired and couldn't rest on time due

i got 2 rooms away from each other which i was not able to relax due to my kids were so far away

fire alarm got low battery in the middle of the night and woke the kids and i up

the fireplace in #11 was not working.

breakfast was great and our welcome bd cards were such a surprise

breakfast could have had some fresh fruit.

loved the view, the fireplace and bed was comfortable

delivered a nice little breakfast to our door

love the bunk bed option for people traveling with kids

the kids were incredibly disappointed

there was no microwave to reheat our takeout, one of the kids had a meltdown about that

kids loved the bunk beds and i thought it was really neat hadn t seen that before

while the price for 2 adults with 2 kids in a double room seemed a reasonable value, paying the same price for

you could hear the kids next door being really loud.

kids ran around and explored (ages 5-16), we enjoyed the tennis courts, basketball court and indoor

now that i know the location, this is a fantastic place for the kids

i recommend opening a kids club as well, for when the parents want to partake in an activity just for adults

property was excellent, made for the kids to have a great time

daughter and her family next door to us and the kids loved the easy access to the water/beach

the location is perfect with little kids, there s stairs down to the beach right out the front door

and since it was bay,it was pretty safe to sit on the property and watch the kids

being on the bay is a perfect place for the kids to play

the view is amazing! the kids loved being able to go to the beach right there.

the pool is open late until 10pm, so we were able to wear down the kids in there before bed every night

would love to stay two nights with the kids, but just a little too spendy

great hotel, right on the beach. the indoor pool is also great. my kids had a great time.

the beach shore here is very rocky. probably not the best beach for kids.

employee lunchroom and next to that was an open door laundry room both noisy and some had there kids screaming

on the beach , clean and for the most part quite (we had kids in a room above us that are going to make movers

hours for kids under 18 should be extended to all open pool hours if supervised with parents

breakfast and fires weren't lit till after 830 my kids were already in bed couldn't enjoy it

still sandy close by, good for kids to play in the sand,and adults that are rock hunters

and even had maintenance light the fire pits for family that came to visit on our timeline so the kids could

on extra night and got the hot tub room the staff is amazing a really amazing family with the kids working hard

had bought my wife a new puppy prior to this and they don t allowed pets but beings me wife nd kids drove a

three small kids it was perfect to have the room with a bed and the pull out couch that created a perfect

short walk to the beach (1.5 blocks) great for families. my kids enjoyed the cabin/home feel.

sometimes we could hear running upstairs, sounded like little kids, but it wasn t at night so not a problem

presently surprised by pool being opened, really made the trip for my kids.
