only thing i didn't like was being in a room next to a room with a bunch of kids and it was extremely loud

they do not have an elevator which is fine as long as you don t arrive late and carry kids.
slammed their door all night and their kids kept running in the hallway knocking on our door
desk attendant, carlton was extremely helpful and upgraded us to a room with a sofa bed for our kids

was located on a floor where there was a birthday for little kids going on in the rooms next to us had to
clean and great staff. the bar in the lobby is a great place to hang out.

she treated our kids with disrespect and then did the same to the parents
i got there cops was there and there was people there being rude to him and they had all these kids being nasty
pool was open late so my kids could enjoy every minute there

pool is a little bigger an a kids blow up pool it wasn't clean or heated

the wifi service is very spotty, but this is probably related to the location of the hotel
understand the need to give the staff off, but would have liked the bar open monday
and the added bonus is the restaurant - mendenhall inn - that is right across the parking lot
