00 was not what i expected, stated for up to two adults and kids

service was exceptional and this establishment sets the bar of what all hotels should like and how customers

bar downstairs with friendly staff

the bar in the lobby was great and easy parking

the bar and restaurant seem to be nice

parents could have watched their kids a little better but that has nothing to do with my stay

even though the hotel was full of soccer kids and parents, there was never a long wait for the elevator

are on a trip there it has everything you need for a short stay specially when traveling with kids

kids loved the pool

that you had to pay for breakfast even for the kids we had to go to mcdonald's

the tv didn't work the entire stay so that wasn't good especially with kids

easy check in. room clean and comfortable. indoor pool a hit with the kids

for the kids poolside, games, floats, noodles and free snow cones were awesome

whole reason i picked the hotel was so my kids could use the indoor pool

advertised indoor heater pool yet there were about four kids and two adults in it when i asked about the

walks in the room above you it sounds like a herd of elephants and we could hear babies and kids cry and scream

the people above us let their kids run all night and it wasn't a peaceful night

room did have an odor though, had to spray air freshener a few times, indoor pool seemed more for kids

was drained and house keeping with do not disturb sign was knocking on door at 745am woke up both kids

unfortunately there was a youth softball event in town, lots of kids running in halls etc

my husband went to get breakfast at 8am in the morning on saturday, a very reasonable time to eat breakfast

we had two room, management canceled one the afternoon of arrival, sending our kids 30 mile north to get a room

rooms had full kitchen unlike some higher rated more expensive hotels nearby

kids from other hotels nearby utilized/ overtook the pool area

my kids loved the pool and the outside patio with fireplace is great for drinks or relaxing

my children enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub more than they did snow island

then the last day neither worked lol , had my hands full with having to carry a suit case and two kids down the
