whole reason i picked the hotel was so my kids could use the indoor pool

there were kids on the floor above us that made noise most of the night and the early morning

loved everything was ready for our stay , clean and safe kids loved pool. very clean comfortable

so many kids running around

i have kids so i get it but it was seriously over the top so we called the front desk

advertised indoor heater pool yet there were about four kids and two adults in it when i asked about the

walks in the room above you it sounds like a herd of elephants and we could hear babies and kids cry and scream

the people above us let their kids run all night and it wasn't a peaceful night

lobby has fun games for kids

i paid too much money not to feel safe with my kids

room did have an odor though, had to spray air freshener a few times, indoor pool seemed more for kids

was drained and house keeping with do not disturb sign was knocking on door at 745am woke up both kids

unfortunately there was a youth softball event in town, lots of kids running in halls etc

friendly service, clean bed and bathroom. breakfast was great!!

gym area is not large, just a couple of people can use it at the same time

and she literally couldn't get my daughters kids menu grilled cheese without charging us for her mistake

also, lots of great activities at margaritaville for the kids

structure was wood so it was noisy being on the ground floor and kids running over head day and

our kids had so much fun at the hotel and the margaritaville water park

yapping dog, tantrum throwing kids, everything

we were there for a basketball tournament and our kids did not have to play the first day so we called customer

which was a bummer because my kids were looking forward to them

pool was only indoors with no hot tub.

the continental breakfast wasn t the best but it was free so no major complaints.

12-13th was awesome, front desk provided toiletries and everything i needed without hesitation, parking is always

i stayed for 6 nites, one being sat nite horrible kids loud in hallway till around midnite, ice machine

cold breakfast items don't fill kids but eggs and bacon sure does

know it's hard to know how much food to fix for breakfast

service and location and breakfast.

the restaurant in house was pricey and not enough of a selection for kids

the first was ok but with two kids, the room was small

kids from some team were all over the lobby going up and down the hallways

didnt have a space for a kids area like an arcade.

i wish the hotel bar was open.

was supposed to have a double bed room for my kids and myself

big thanks to the omelette guy and the other guy who made my kids mickey mouse pancakes

slammed doors all night. way too many kids running around. way too many people at pool

upon inspection, there were about 6 kids ages 2-5 in there, some in diapers

nice hotel, good location, my kids liked it.

really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the outdoor pool

wifi did not work, had to call the front desk to get access

the pool is a touch small for the hotel.

next time we will order something from the kitchen to try something different

kids wanted to enjoy the pool, that is why i picked this hotel; pool was dirty and we did not use

and not for anything, it was not clear when i booked ( i booked 2 queen beds for comfort with kids) and we are

great staff, excellent breakfast choices, comfy and clean room!

my husband went to get breakfast at 8am in the morning on saturday, a very reasonable time to eat breakfast

had been recently renovated and everything from the rooms to the lounge and breakfast area were all tastefully

my husband would not let me go into the laundry room by myself where is ice maker is located on the first floor

if they added a second waffle machine and upgrade their breakfast items that would improve that part of anyone

breakfast was good but only kids' cereals were offered

underage and unsupervised kids in the fitness room

the work desk and chair are in the kitchenette area which i also found very odd

spacious that our room came in, the hotel had a cleanliness smell to it (as if someone just did laundry with

i didn't know that the hotel would then charge me a $150 pet fee and $100 refundable deposit at check in

this sunburb of atlanta is very affluent, with tons of college kids and business parks around every other corner

making my reservation when i got to the hotel i waited 3 hours to get checked in with two small kids and a 2:0

vending machines were broken and the laundry facilities were broken as well

breakfast had decent options for kids and adults, my kids loved the pancake conveyer belt

breakfast was the worst breakfast ever according to my kids who love hotel breakfasts

we had our kids w us and they kept asking about smell

the people above me were loud. dogs barking. kids running.

were clean, pool and exercise room were both available (however we didn't get a chance to use either), staff

room service woke us up at 8 am. the other guests were very loud.

that you can do anything about it but the area around the pool is pretty small and there are very few chairs

said there would be a pool and that was an important factor in our choice

the breakfast was not good at all.

although breakfast was included in my booking, it was unavailable on several mornings because staff said

breakfast experience- no coffee one day, no creamer the other, and very limited food.

we will be back when we have another escape the kids and life weekends

more than likely it was 2-3 kids running around and jumping up & down on to the beds and couch
