in room kept having no signal with 6 kids in 1 room a reliable tv is a must

required advance reservations to use, staff did not tell me this when i checked in even though my kids were

hooked up and dangling down by the wires, there were also cigarette butts on the floor, where my kids can get

choice this one for the pool for the kids, but it was an outside pool so they couldn't even use it

kids in the pool and not even longe chairs by the pool pool side rooms should have chairs by their

break over at 9 , 10 would be better with kids

rooms are nice the food was nice only problem i have is that they said my kids order room service when i said

so we did not let our kids go in

it was quiet so my kids could sleep without slamming next doors and very comfortable

could not use due to all the kids and parents coming from the back side of property

a suite and it was a little smaller than i would of expected the pull out was to small for the kids we had to

they had a variety of choices for breakfast and the indoor pool was a huge hit with my kids

we loved that the kids had a tv over by the pull out bed, and the tvs were ready with netflix for the

me getting a quick work out in right as i checked in and before another guest had the gym shortly after

they have laundry facilities, which we greatly appreciated

my kids love the fact that there was a jacuzzi in the room and they where able to get wet with this

the employee at the breakfast was just sitting eating and playing on her phone so by the time my kids came down

bowling alley, mini golf, arcade, and swimming pools are more than enough to entertain kids and adults

there were loads of little kids, and all of them were shivering with lips literally turning blue after a very

kids wanted a hottub,lol

no elevator was a shock with bags and kids at first

i think they were probably under the dresser or beds but kids that are on the floor will find anything, luckily

pool was very clean and relaxing, kids had a great time

the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and it was nice to have floats available

staffedpool wasnt working and when it did kids were smoking in the pool area

traveling alone with kids, i was hoping for better overall security of the facility

was a lot of noise from pool with kids

if there was a kitchen of any kind kerig coffee is bad at best, but their was only 1 pot of real coffee

the room needs a fresh coat of paint; the curtain did not fully keep out the light from the parking lot

in my car and they wouldn t refund my money even tho i didn t stay there and i slept in the parking lot in

renovated with high quality linens etc, properly has amenities like a guest kitchen, barbecue and laundry room

great location with cafes nearby parking and clean comfortable rooms
