while waiting for my kids to come back in the room i left the door partially open and some man just walked

front desk was very kind helped us with a room and even upgraded us so we would have room for the kids

the water was scalding hot and made it difficult to bathe the kids or shower

also there was dirty needles on the ground in parking lot that wasn't cool because kids do stay at the location

my kids were terrified and begged me to sleep in the car instead

just because we had kids (who did not stay the entire time) we were moved from our original room

the staff was great with our kids

the pool needs redone, the kids kept losing skin on their fingers because it very rough around it

screwed this reservation up there was no 2 queen beds only a single 2 of the kids sleep on the

our kids were playing and the bottoms of their white socks were dark green within an hour

the room was located by the elevator and kids were running through the halls

stayed for a week, one of my kids ended up having to sleep on the floor

with kids wasn t easy to go back and forth many times a day

to run and jump stomping and screaming from 7:30 at night until 10 pm, and while i understand kids being cooped

the chef paid attention to the fruit the kids ate the day before and gave my son just strawberries the next

was small, one evening my kids wanted to swim but there was already 6 kids in the pool and there wasn't much

this hotel is not kids friendly at all and the front staff where extremely rude and judgemental.

people above us was running the floor all night long non stop alot of yelling and screaming my kids couldn't

the pool and courtyard were elegant and wonderful memories were made

i loved how clean the room was, and the kitchenette was a nice touch.

pool was small and with 3 families with kids it was crowded & loud.

i know it was some kids and get that they have energy, but it was kinda hard to unwind with the noise

also it was very convenient that the tvs had netflix on them because my kids love it

i thought that the pool was still open so my kids was a little disappointed about that

had 2 kids under the age of 2 in the room and could not get the temp to run any higher than 67 degrees

my kids had to do online school work we ended up using our hot spots on our phone

i felt like my adult kids who live in the area couldn't come to room because we would be violating something

hotel had direct access to the beach and plenty of areas for my kids to play

they also had complimentary tea and hot cocoa which was nice for my kids

it was tight trying to get two kids in the bath or shower at the same time
