certain families allowed their kids to play at 7 in the morning. too much thumping

we had a few kids (10, 5 and 2)

the pools are beautiful

my only complaint was the wifi

parking availability was great

only suggestion is maybe kids shouldnt be allowed after a certain time in the pool area

it is a great hotel for families as the kids really enjoyed the pool

location was great. felt safe there with kids and we loved the pool

pool was cold (we stayed in november) but the kids still braved it

grateful to find gluten free bread as an option, fruit was fresh and my kids loved the sausage

breakfast was ok, but the pancake machine kept having issues(which was what my kids were excited about)

location, we booked a queen a full and sofa bed, nice to have a larger room with kids and an area to park while

the kids roomed up and down the hallway were loud and running amuck for most the morning

place love it the only thing was the kids area hade of the things we re out of order but everything else was

our kids loved the bunk beds

the bed was comfortable. the kids enjoyed all the recreational facilities.
