the breakfast was fine a good starter

breakfast; very little to choose from. also didn't like the immediate neighborhood.

hvac was a bit difficult to regulate, the breakfast was on the skimpy side.

bed was comfortable. breakfast had a lot of options available.

maybe add a better selection for breakfast (eggs and sausage or

first 2 nights we didn't sleep much due to very loud kids and parents until 2 to 3 in the morning talking,

they had plenty of space to park boats

check in was quick and easy, plenty of parking, other guests were very friendly

and i didn't want to let my kids take a bath because of how dirty the tub was

the streets ang the heating system also very noisy also i believe we booked 2 double bed for the kids but given

the sitting area in the rooms is so key for families with kids. parking is so convenient

we liked everything -- the kids missed the pool

you had to walk the kids across a street to a parking lot and pay separate for that

the clean towels and sheets had a moldy odor, like dirty laundry.

so many kids running around property and nothing was done to control noise or the large amount of kids

the kitchenette sink was not clean so i did not use it. there was a

dust bunnies in the gap between the fridge and kitchen

hotel is pet friendly but they have no area at the hotel to let your dog to go to the bathroom and no bottom

room with a real kitchen (small full size fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, toaster, sink)

close to penn state university, recommended for parents send kids to university

loud guests. kids were banging on door- playing door ditch.

the baseball team kids were out of control. the running in hallways made for two noises nights

the bottom of the pool was very rough. the kids feet were bleeding every time they got out.

but beyond that there were several large groups of kids running up and down the halls

proximity to our event was perfect. love a clean room. bed was comfy. kids enjoyed the pool.

i prefer to stay in town when i visit kids (this visit was 3rd son attending psu over last 10 years son), but

theyvwere out of everything, the one woman working couldnt keep up, we never did get the kids pancakes as the

hallways and elevators; but they were there for a hockey weekend tournament and that's just what kids do, so

bed was nice and firm; shuttle to town was bonus. kids enjoyed pool.

i traveled with kids and the pool was unclean and disgusting-a ton of hair. disappointed.

but once the basketball teams showed up, they were running the halls at midnight and keeping my kids up
