first 2 nights we didn't sleep much due to very loud kids and parents until 2 to 3 in the morning talking,

we were four families with kids coming after a long tough day looking for a room to relax but denied a room
lady the night we checked in was super nice and helped me cuz she saw i had 2 sleeping kids

pool is inside & on small side too cold for me but kids seem to love it
kids could be heard running around the room and jumping on the bed
kids were not supervised and using inflatables
keep their kids in their room and not horsing around until midnight

my kids love there pool
the pool for the kids and breakfast in morning was great!
the pool and hot tub were great, however the sign about kids needs to be bigger as we only had a few minutes
kids party the night before and the parents didn't clean up after them
my kids eyes burned for hours after swimming, they had to rinse their eyes repeatedly

the rooms were spacious. you have everything you need in the kitchen.
i could not reach the cabinets in the kitchen
exceeded expectations very quiet maintenance responded in a timely manner breakfast was very good and well
pool wasnt 24 hours like the gym. could have been more of a selection for breakfast.
booking it said the pool was heated, it was really cold and we barely could use it, also looked like it wasnt

loved that it had a bathtub for the kids.
i booked for one adult and 2 kids 12 & 14
2 adults + 2 kids for a king + sofa bed
breakfast was not available when the kids woke up at 11am.
i also enjoyed the hot breakfast with meat each morning and the snack which was offered at the front desk

blueberries left in the fridge, to many unsupervised kids in the pool
