the breakfast was great and my kids loved the waffles
needed to change our room due to our five small kids having to join us at the last minute

would think it would stop there, but no it doesn t they had centipedes (which crawled over my kids in the bed
we had very loud guests next door (kids) and the parents across the hall

we especially liked having the bar and restaurant in the facility
we went to the pool and had fin time, everything was perfect until it was bed time
it has all the good stuff a restaurant and bar, a pool and nice rooms
only one thing missing the lovely buffet breakfast- & wine bar not opened
and bar were not open for business at advertised times

didn't like that the family above us had some out of control kids running from room to room

room was clean, breakfast was good, pool was clean and the kids had fun.
said the pool was closed because of covid-19, but the gym was open

my room was small (i was traveling with my pet) and in the cottage behind the mansion; lovely garden between
beautiful building and very nice team to welcome and spoil us! parking no problem

aside from a vicious mosquito in the room that bit up my kids, everything was good

had to find a staff member because people were not watching their kids in pool area and jumping in splashing
that we had to pay extra for my grand kids to come swimming with us on easter

kids were running up above us late but other than that we enjoyed it.

she was very abrasive and impersonal towards myself and my kids

when we looked at hotels, we booked it because they offered a pool for our kids
their was multiple family in the pool area and kids were having fun as they normally do

that's a lifetime time with 3 little kids
and they don't have bed bumper for kids to protect them over the night sleep
i have 2 kids so they were not happay

i liked the snacks available especially traveling with kids
pull out sofa was not sleepable, needed the extra bed for kids, but it was all hard exposed
we had two queen beds and a pullout for 3 adults and 3 kids
made our stay with 2 adults and 3 kids much easier
the sofa bed worked out perfect for two kids

nasty the ppl they allow to rent rooms there they are sketchy the hotel is sketchy if you have kids i would

couldn't enjoy the privacy of a king bedroom when the kids were trying to sleep on a bed that was so noisy and
taxes ,also it was very busy , there was a baseball tournament going on with kids everywhere, it was very noisy
however, we stayed 2 nights with kids and we wanted to swim in the hotel pool but it was closed
should have been told at booking the motel was booked for 200 kids.
i needed a spa to relax in and was disappointed it's paneled over and not available

there is a pool however it s not very big or deep, good for kids to cool off in

while my kids were trying to fall asleep it was prettt clear that our neighbors had had a rough night and
that s tacky to me because the kids are out playing around in the property

our kids enjoyed playing in it after in car for 10 hours
however with 3 kids at 11pm that wasnt going to work
