that being said the local people are wonderful, kind, polite, we loved watching the kids do participate in
the kids liked the pool and and the adults enjoyed them warm tub
the kids were sad is wasn t working and the pool was kind of dirty
the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbors tv and their kids like it was in our room
they were playing videos with little kids singing

the receptionist did not tell me there was a kids pool party scheduled and during my interview the maintenance
breakfast buffet attracted flies. would suggest placing a couple of electric fans near food.
pool was a delight
like the corridor area with the swimming pool and the breakfast that was included with our
rooms were clean, beds were comfy, wifi was good and the location was great

so if you want quiet make sure your not next to a bunch of kids
lots of families and kids drove us away from the pool area
kids playing at the pool also very loud
pool was too noisy with loud music and screaming kids, which prevented us from even approaching.

parking is tight but gate closed at 9pm which is good
the room was nice and parking felt secure. i needed a bed for a night and this worked.
wifi was did not work at all - despite them giving 4 different options +
a friendly welcome. hot water. slept great. secure parking. good value for money.
personal front desk staff i think lupita - was great and gave me some ice-locked parking, sliding door to room

and a huge bonus to the laundry staff that kindly returned a good amount of money left in a pocket - their
wifi in room didn t work well (but staff came and added an antenna and fixed it
lots of food and beverage options on site including a dedicated coffee bar in the lobby
i also very much enjoyed being able to have coffee as part of the room service

none of the guests wore masks or observed social distancing, and there were a ton of kids everywhere
