there had been a small but nevertheless serious outbreak of sickness (alcohol related with some 'kids
of hair in an elastic band and pistachio shells left on floor, pet treats left on the table, very poor cleaning
telephone in room defeated me walking down to order room service, still no phone brought up after reporting and
we let go any room service which was fine but had to ask twice in order to get new toilet rolls when they ran

it was our 10 year anniversary and this was a nice day and night away from the kids to celebrate
i guess if you have young kids or whatever that might concern you

in the restaurant, kids meal was great value, swimming pool clean and a good temperature
struggled with the kids up the stairs but that s our prob not the hotel , will soon need
we used the pool and sauna - used it during the kids club so it was a tad busy but still good
pool was only open certain times for children could do with outside park to entertain kids

the kitchen staff were also happy to make something for one of the kids who didn t see anything that took
