tv was good to have because we had only visited for a chill night away from the kids lol but would have like
advance so the room rate was very good, were there on the 14th of feb for a night away with the kids, there's

is a bit close to a straight, fast main road so kids would need keeping close by

owner let us sit in the breakfast area while we waited for our kids to fall asleep in our room

we were given permission to park at the rear of the property but it is limited parking
parking is on road but we were always able to get a space opposite the b&b.

it was our 10 year anniversary and this was a nice day and night away from the kids to celebrate
was a used kids nappy left outside a door of a room (2 doors down from us) that was left there all night, it

pool was only open certain times for children could do with outside park to entertain kids
we used the pool and sauna - used it during the kids club so it was a tad busy but still good

would hope that it would have been toned down had my wife and kids been in there with me, but get the feeling

the only thing was that i couldn't connect to the wifi, but it wasn't a problem really.
there was a nice well stocked bar open to us in the lounge when we wanted to relax with a nice drink

also from 11pm to past 1am there was non stop stomping from above us which wasn t great, the kids slept
loved the lake view. staff were very helpful. the kids really enjoyed their stay.
on halloween night was great with kids and really nice was using as a break on drive to highlands perfect location
