i reached the hotel at 2:30 pm with my family and three small kids and i was shocked when he was telling me a

(2 adults, 2 kids)

this was not the case and our kids had to sleep on a pullout couch

bedroom suite = space away from kids

the complimentary breakfast was also very

kids hockey tournament and kids screaming in hallways until after 1 am

the hot tub was tiny and was full of kids trying to get warm cause the pool was so cold

lots of kids in the pool but i happen to go once when it was quiet

it made my kids day

kids running up and down the halls and knocking on doors well past 11:30pm

it was too cold for us to swim, we mostly stayed in the hottub with the kids

the kids play area could be a little more user friendly, not exactly suitable for kids of all ages

staff went well out of their way to have the kids enjoy their stay

hvac was whistling all night noisy hallways. too many kids roaming halls late at night

we were kept up till after midnight with kids running around and screaming

seemed like a good time for those attending we booked a hotel so that we could get away from our kids and sleep

the beds were perfect for my kids and husband plus

use this gorgeous place as our escape from the kids for a night

he waited until the person working mentioned she was doing laundry and to use a different door

were upgraded at the property -loved the spa tub and shower

there was a large number of kids who made noise uninterrupted for 5 hours

everytime someone went in their room the door slammed so loud it woke the kids

my kids got so scared

and the barn doors that separated the two rooms allowed the adults to stay up later than the kids bedtimes

i came with kids and they were so disappointed

service has weird times, you can't really order room service dinner which the kids were looking forward to do

plenty to do for both kids and adults (even an mma fight one night)

we've slept at, my girlfriend and i loved the hotel big green areas and nearby forest; the bar and lounge area

gym is a far walk, but very well equipped for a hotel

lot under construction with no alternative way in, no coffee bar in lobby, breakfast too expensive

staff really made me and my kids welcomed

were placed in a room next to a family with kids and a couple dogs

was small for 2 adults and 2 kids , lack of garbage in the room and outside

at 7 in the morning, kids were outside screaming

there were smoking rooms and the smell was throughout the buildings

this time we travelled with my kids and separate bedroom is the greatest feature

kids ran up and down the hallway for hours

the kids were pretty good and quite respectful to us older adults

the noise of kids running up and down halls until 3am

room style was great, worked perfectly for us and out 2 kids

tournaments in town which meant tons of kids running throughout the halls and what not

renovated room and bathroom , perfect for a family with 2 kids

thankfully they left - nice to see all the kids ,happy, family hotel, women with babies , nice , but 11 pm

in the room was not cleaned well, carpets throughout were stained and need cleaned, it was loud- kids running

no security to quiet the kids down, no controls

we came for a medical appointment for my son at the sick kids hospital the staff are friendly, clean super nice

-very loud hallways over weekends (stayed for 4 weekends), with parties and kids playing in hallways till 3 am

the suite was a great size. the kids loved the putting green. pet friendly.

the pool was great, although no shallow end for the kids but they had fun anyways

we visited while they hosted kids hockey teams and it was loud but understand the hotel did what they could to

yelling at kids and parents, and if you try to talk or explain yourself

nothing that could be done and the parents of the hockey players would hopefully be putting the kids to bed soon

this place is really set up for people who are staying a few days as it has a small kitchenette which means

quiet. i had two tired kids with me.

in the end this didn't matter as there were many kids staying at the hotel so the

friendly and nice for kids, good team

the hotel has barbecue and a deck for guests to spend time outside as well as a green area for kids to play

a great stay overall, though the late-night hallway marathon (with kids screaming at 2 a

beautiful country location, with a big property for kids and picnics.

was hockey youth teams staying there at the same time the kids were at loud at times in the hallway of my floor

great choice for the price spent. kids had waffles and that was amazing

shower: only top shower head, cannot take down to shower kids
