the front desk kept referring to the cleaning staff as kids, which would
thank god my kids sleep hard, and my 11 yr old told me she was up late hearing them also

room was a very long walk from the elevator, so if you have mobility issues (or little kids), ask for a room

tried to cancel at the last minute because of sick kids at home (i was told when i called the property that this
were only staying one day) the patio was the only thing to do and an hour in a bunch of screaming kids came in
it was ahhhamazing and my kids felt like celebs
liked the large room with kitchen and the 2nd floor deck was a great bonus.

located in the heart of downtown missoula, close to many great bars/restaurants - very clean and modern rooms
roof top bar is amazing
staff was extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool

we had our dog, and we were so grateful to find a pet-friendly place to have our dog
staff helped me with early check in due to my need to move from another hotel which did not have hot water
were smoking, wifi did not work 99% of the time, breakfast was like clay, and parking lot only had enough space
didn't have a gym on-site but offered free passes to one near by (3 blocks).

there were lots of families and kids around but the noise was negligible
